I wish I could take credit for the text, but I can't. Still, it was so perfect that I had to keep it. Posting cute animal videos/photos isn't my usual thing, but this is the first one that had me laughing so hard in a long while. Maybe I was caught off-guard this morning :D

"I've found my Halloween costume!

Sydney is a box cat. He seriously enjoys hanging out in anything cardboard. He's just over a year old and everything is a toy. E has tried in vain to brush him, as he'll just swat at the brush, try to bite it and wind up nipping E's arm instead. We're training him to stay away from our food, but we have to be vigilant. He's revealed himself to be a stealthy and crafty cat, sneaking up on you when you least expect it.

Came home from having lunch and hanging out with with a friend in Chinatown this afternoon. We ate at
Penang, a good Malaysian restaurant right on 10th Street, just past the 'Chinatown Gate'. It was my first time there, and I loved the food, but they definitely don't want you hanging around too long after you finish. They do a good business and have a lot of seats, and there was always a line of people waiting to get in, a good thing. Then again, it was Saturday in Chinatown, which is always bustling on the weekends.

I really wished I'd have paid some attention to the weather reports last night because I had way too many layers on. I enjoyed the warm weather and when I returned home, the sun was just about to go down. There was a nice light in the sky as the sun receded past the horizon. I jumped at the chance to take advantage of it and got a couple of shots of the church in my neighborhood. I took them from the roof of my place:
